Privacy Policy

Account & organization data. When you sign up we collect your name, email, and organization details through our authentication provider. Lease data you enter (leases, payments, schedules, journal entries, locations, and any documents you upload) is stored to provide the Service. Billing data (subscription status, card details) is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Usage & device data such as log data and IP address may be collected automatically.

We use information to operate and secure the Service, compute and store your lease accounting, process subscriptions, provide support, send service and (if you opt in) digest emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with vendors that help us run the Service, under their respective terms:

• Authentication and organization management (identity provider).
• Cloud hosting and managed Postgres database.
• Payment processing for subscriptions and billing.
• Transactional email delivery.
• Mapping and address autocomplete for locations you enter.
• AI document extraction, used only when you upload a lease document for extraction.

We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing their services to us.

If you upload a lease document to pre-fill a lease, the document is sent to our AI extraction provider to read its terms and is stored with the lease in your organization. You can delete uploaded documents.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us.

Data is scoped to your organization and access is controlled by role. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at kevin@rouasset.com.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without your consent where required.

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
